The service

Trek Nepal provides free trekking articles and paid digital guides (PDF). Guides are provided "as is" for planning and educational purposes. We do not organize treks, sell transportation or act as a tour operator.

Accounts and purchases

• You may purchase as a guest; an email address is required for delivery.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide.
• Downloads are limited (currently 10 per purchase) and are for personal use under the Digital Product License.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent download limits, payment or access controls.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell website content without written permission.
• Automated abuse of the checkout, newsletter or contact endpoints may be rate-limited or blocked.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trek Nepal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or guides, including decisions made on the trail. See the Travel Disclaimer.

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its review date.
