Digital guides are delivered instantly, so we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. If the guide is not what you expected, reply to your order email or use the contact page.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When a refund is processed, download access for the refunded order is disabled automatically.
• You keep any free content you have downloaded.

Exceptions

Repeated refund abuse (buying and refunding the same products in cycles) may be limited at our discretion.
