Personal-use license

All Trek Nepal guides are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You may download the PDF, store it on your personal devices, and print copies for your own use.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense or rent the guide.
• Redistribute, share or publish the files, in whole or in part.
• Upload the files to file-sharing sites, torrents, AI training datasets, or any public or semi-public repository.
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks from the files.

Copyright

Copyright in the guides remains with Ayush Bajagain. Copyright protection covers the guides as published works; it does not prevent every form of lawful use — for example, quotation or private copying permitted by applicable copyright law remains subject to that law. If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, ask us.

Team and group use

Planning a trek for a group or an organization? Contact us for a multi-user license — it is usually inexpensive and keeps you on the right side of the license.
